Jakarta (ANTARA Sulsel) - Boarding presidential aircraft RI-1, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and his entourage departed Halim Perdanakusuma airport in Jakarta at 8.50 am on Wednesday to Makassar
for a working visit to South Sulawesi.

After arriving at Sultan Hasanudin International Airport in Makassar, the president will make his way to obtain first hand information about railway line construction project for Trans Sulawesi Makassar-Parepare route.

South Sulawesi Governor Syahrul Yasin Limpo has said President Jokowi during the working visit to the province will attend numerous events in Makassar and Barru district.

"The president will attend the 5th National Conference of Indonesian Provincial Government Association (APPSI), and oversee the railway line construction project for Trans Sulawesi Makassar-Parepare route," the governor remarked.
