Makassar (ANTARA) - After the early meeting with Student Volunteer (Stuvo), the International Office of Hasanuddin University (IO UNHAS) continued to prepare the meeting with Directors of UNHAS Corners. These consist of Japan, Korean, German, Aussie Banget and Mandarin Corner. The meeting also was attended by UNHAS International Students.
The agenda of the meeting was to confirm their participation, especially the international students who are the main actors in this festival. In addition, the meeting also talked about the number of booths.
Additionally, the booth will only be given to any country representative with at least five students. In other words, any representative who is less than this number will participate in a shared-booth.
The meeting was held on Monday, August 5th, 2024 from 11am Makassar time at Meeting Room A of Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu dan Pengembangan Pendidikan (LPMPP) or the Institute of Quality Assurance and Educational Development.
The meeting began with a welcoming speech by Andi Masyitha Irwan, Ph.D (Head of IO) and was moderated by Muhammad Ridwan, M.A. (Secretary of IO). The meeting also was joined by three IO task Forces including Saaduddin, M.Sc, Khaeruddin, Ph.D and Haniek Khoirunnissa, M.Sc as well other IO staff.
Prior to the closing, the moderator reminded all audiences that other follow up meetings would be held to ensure that the preparation of the 2nd ISF on schedule. The meeting ended and everyone left the meeting room.
