Mamuju, W Sulawesi (ANTARA Sulbar) - Vice president elect Jusuf Kalla is scheduled to visit West Sulawesi to attend the 10th anniversary of the province on September 22, 2014, according to West Sulawesi Governor Anwar Adnan Saleh.

"We have prepared a variety of programs to enliven the 10th anniversary of West Sulawesi province that will be attended by vice president elect Jusuf Kalla," Governor Anwar said here on Thursday.

Anwar noted that he had communicated the event with Kalla and invited him when they attended a program at Hasanuddin University in Makassar, South Sulawesi, recently.

"Kalla and I attended a program at Hasanuddin University where I invited him to attend the anniversary of West Sulawesi," the governor remarked.

He said that during the visit, Kalla will be accompanied by Coordinating Minister for People`s Welfare Agung Laksono, Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Mari Elka Pangestu, Minister of National Development Planning and Head of National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) Armida S. Alisjahbana, and numerous national figures.
