Makassar, South Sulawesi (ANTARA Sulsel) - PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia (CCAI) is committed to providing an education on how to live an active and healthy lifestyle, according to the company`s Public Affairs and Communication Chief Indah Triyanti.

"As we have been based in Indonesia for 24 years, we want to contribute in every way that is good for the development of this nation and the development of human resources," Indah remarked here on Tuesday.

As part of the activity themed, "Health is Fun," the CCAI announced it is committed to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among stakeholders and some 400 students through health education.

Dr Wachyudi Muchsin, who was invited to be a talk show guest, elaborated on the importance of healthcare, starting with a clean environment and personal habits.

He also said a healthy and active lifestyle is an easy choice to make. His speech was followed by interactive games and video screenings.

"At CCAI, we believe that a healthy community is a solid business foundation, particularly for people who are in direct contact with CCAI facilities, wherever we operate," he noted.

Through the talk show, CCAI strives to improve awareness among the public and its employees of the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, so that the future of the country can become more prosperous and productive.

In the meantime, Makassar`s State Senior High School-7 (SMAN 7) Principal Muhammad Anwar said he appreciated the educational activities promoted by CCAI as they provide additional knowledge to students.

"On behalf of SMAN 7 Makassar, I am glad our school is one of the participants in the activities of this talk show, so it can provide more insights for our students," he remarked.

To maintain the relationship with Community Zone-I in Makassar, CCAI has adopted various initiatives related to health issues, education, and the environment, including managing blood donation drives.
