Makassar (Antara Sulsel) - Dozens of traditional patterned fabrics from all the areas across the country are exhibited at La Galigo Museum in Makassar, South Sulawesi, on July 10-15, 2017.
Head of Culture and Tourism Office of South Sulawesi, Ardi Musyafar Syah, here on Monday said the exhibition is expected to make people more familiar with and love the original products of Indonesia.
"This event involves 27 provincial museums, three local museums and four public museums," he said.
Some of the fabrics PUT on display are from Banjarmasin and Tabukan River, South Kalimantan province, and Kutai, East Kalimantan, as well as skirts from Central Kalimantan.
In addition, there are traditional cloths from two districts in East Java namely Tuban and Gresik.
